The Management Trainee program at Sika Corporation is a 12-month rotational program for high potential candidates holding a bachelors’ degree or higher education degree, with little to no industry knowledge. The training program allows you to experience various roles in sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to help build a foundation for a career at Sika Corporation. During the rotational program, trainees have a mentor, giving you the support you need to grow and gain knowledge in various parts of the business. Learning occurs primarily through on-the-job projects, allowing you to develop the skills set needed to accelerate you into future leadership positions.
This unique position allows you to work at three different Sika locations across the US within the 12 months. Housing, vehicle, and cell phone are provided while traveling outside of your home base. The next training program will begin in June 2025.
