A Tech Lead Web ensures the reliability, availability and performances of our systems while actively contributing with code, configurations and coordinating a delivery team. The goal is to have ownership of the full source code, maintain and improve system reliability through automation, monitoring and incident response.

 

  • Take ownership of every line of code, ensuring that coding standards and best practices are followed.
  • Actively participate in coding.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the overall project goals.
  • Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement. While expertise in Java for the Adobe Experience Manager CMS, Javascript/Typescript for the React frontend and knowledge of DevOps and Azure is highly desiderable, it is not mandatory.

Your expertise - Our strength

Technical Skills:

  • Several years of proven experience in web application projects.
  • Several years hands-on experience with any Java based content management system (CMS).
  • Knowledge of the Web technologies, J2EE, Javascript framework(s)
  • Strong understanding of OWASP Top10 and most common web security standards
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, preferably Java.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Test-driven development.
  • Experience working with cloud, on-prem and hybrid solutions, in complex and agile environments.
  • Hands on experience with implementing security protocols (Oauth2, Basic Auth, SAML, etc.).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Solution-oriented personality and consulting mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent ability to interact with technical & non-technical teams including vendors and subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities.
  • Experience working in distributed teams.
  • Open minded and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated team player with problem-solving skills
